With a solid background in real estate, Felix brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial property. His career has included overseeing leasing processes, maintaining properties, managing contracts and even traveling overseas to ensure seamless operations for his clients and friends.
 
Since moving to the Gold Coast in 2010, Felix has become known for his positive demeanour and exceptional listening skills. Fluent in Mandarin and English, he is highly proficient in both written and verbal communication, making him an asset to a diverse range of clients.
 
Felix works closely with sales specialist Melody Hu, combining their expertise to deliver outstanding service and results. Together, they are committed to providing an exceptional real estate experience for every client.
