Tina first started her Real Estate career in 1989 and has worked in all aspects of Real Estate. Finding the most satisfaction in the Property Management field, Tina started working as the Divisional Manager for LJ Hooker Nerang in 2008.
An investment owner herself, Tina knows what is important when it comes to your residential investment and ensures her team hold the same drive and values as she does.
In 2019, Tina's role expanded to oversee the property investment management teams of LJ Hooker Nerang's sister offices. Covering the majority of the Gold Coast district, Tina's reach encompasses North to Ormeau, South to Tugan, inland to Natural Bridge, along the coast line and everywhere between those points.
Tina is committed to the use of comprehensive procedural systems designed to take the Property Management Department to new levels of management.

At LJ Hooker Nerang we only employ Property Investment Managers with experience in the field.
For most people, owning a residential investment property is the biggest financial investment we can make. The management of your investment is a huge responsibility and has become a serious business over recent years. It is no longer as easy as selecting a real estate agency with the cheapest fees.
Our Property Investment Management team consists of 4 Property Investment Managers. Each have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a PIM role. You will have one property investment manager appointed as your main contact.
Our department also includes a leasing agent, a business development and customer service agent, reception team and a divisional manager.
