We would like to thank Glenda Cartwright for her help in renting a property. We would have let the house go if it hadn't been for her kindness and willingness to go that extra distance for a client. We must say that by the time we came to your agency we were very tired of looking for a rental property. Renting a house for us has not been a very enjoyable experience. We sold our house in Currumbin Valley last September after owning the house for 12 years. While selling we found the real estate agents couldn't do enough for us. So it was a big shock when we went looking for a house to rent. During our 6 weeks of looking we found most Real Estate office people cool and aloof and in fact many times just plain rude. They acted as if they were doing us a favour even talking to us. Did they forget that at anytime we could become buyers? So you can imagine what a breathe of fresh air Glenda was. Here was someone who treated us like real people and was willing to take the time to listen and help where she could. Because of problems with us getting in to the house, we let it go and it was only Glenda's warm and friendly approach that talked us around. We see her and her age as an asset to any agency. She comes across as real, authentic and caring. Please thank her for us. And if we decide to buy in the future we would like Glenda as our agent.

15/10 - Meeting Robert at an open home. I was very impressed with Robert's friendly manner, followed by his positive and professional attitude. Robert's explanations on service etc were impeccable, as was his whole persona and to top that, sold our home in a very short time of being on the market. Great Job Robert! During a stressful time for my family, Breeanna provided a a kind and professional relationship as we looked for our new home. She treated us with respect and with great manners. She did all she could to get us quickly and efficiently in to our new house and I will always be grateful. Out of the many agents I dealt with she was the only to treat us so well. Thank you so much.

10/10 - We are very happy with our purchase. Pascal Pierre was always available to contact and was an excellent sales rep, and extremely helpful to us. The property was very well presented and the internet was the avenue we explored to find our purchase. Our house in Sydney was also handled by LJ Hooker and their rep Frenchs Forest was also excellent. We found the finance side was handled properly and would have no hesitation in recommending Hookers!

10/10 - When we first moved to the Gold Coast in 2001 we were introduced to your office via locating a home on the internet. The staff were extremely helpful and although we have moved numerous times since and gone to the opposition we had no hesitation in calling on LJ's again when we returned to Nerang. Knowing our circumstances, Chris was very understanding of our limitations and went out of his way to help us in any way that he could. We would have no hesitation in recommending your office and in particular Chris to anyone looking for an agent.

10/10 It is with great pleasure that we write this. Jane was fabulous, we could not fault her or her service in any way! We had, had a very bad experience with a different agency previous, so we were quite disheartened at selling our property. Jane met with us and put all our negative experiences aside and made us comfortable again. 3 days later we were under contract at a price we are still amazed with considering the poor state of the market. It was New Years Eve, Jane was away in Melbourne and still negotiating on our behalf. 33 days after signing the contract with LJ Hooker Nerang our house settled. We could not be more happy or grateful with the outcome. We thank Jane so very much and also Nicole, Jane's personal assistant. We feel that they both went above and beyond duty. We would and already have recommended LJ Hooker Nerang and Jane especially to everyone and anyone looking to buy or sell. Under contract in 3 days, sold and settled in 33!!!

10/10 We have been so impressed with LJ Hooker Nerang from the 1st phone call we had with top quality service. Jane listed our house and within 11 days we were signing a contract to sell it, which was amazing in this tough market. Jane then had our dream house in her listings so we signed a contract. So basically we sold and brought, and moved within 60 days of our first contract with Jane. The change over was stress free and easy. We still have to pinch ourselves to believe it happened so fast. 10/10 We were very happy with Robert's service. Robert was always punctual, reliable and a very good communicator. He kept us informed every step of the way and we felt comfortable with him and supported by him. We are very happy with the outcome; Robert sold our house in less than 4 weeks which was surprisingly fast as we weren't in a rush to sell. Can you please pass on to Shane my extreme satisfaction with the services provided by Robert Lewis.
My family and I set him the task of selling 2 properties in Highland Park in order for us to purchase our dream property in Mount Nathan. Our sale agreement was 60 days to sell and 60 days to settle, and I'm pleased to say that Robert pulled the task off in about 30 odd days.
It was a long, hard and tiring process, but Robert was always positive and committed to selling the properties.
There were times when I thought it was never going to happen, but Robert always said it would.
He was always in contact with us giving us a play by play update on the progress of the sale, so we were always informed.
I was never a supporter of LJ Hooker in the past, but now I wouldn't go to anyone else for my realty needs.
You have a major asset in Robert, and we greatly appreciate ALL that he has done for us. 10/10

When we were looking for a Real Estate Agent we walked around all the agents in Nerang. LJ Hooker's window presentation was the neatest & most professional. i.e. no faded photos & writing, no cross outs of details that cheapens the look of the property. Alan Also spoke with Robert casually in the street & Roberts follow up of that was excellent.

10/10 Pascal Pierre was my sales person. I chose him among 3 agents in the area because of his enthusiasm. 1. He cold called me from a recommendation from Jared at the Labrador office 2. He maintained his enthusiasm from the original meeting through to the end sale. He kept me constantly updated throughout the process. Pascal managed to get a sale price $25,000 above what I was told would be an advertised starting price by another agent. He managed a quick sale in a slow market at a great price. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pascal and the team at LJ Hooker Nerang to anyone for sales. I would like to thank the whole team and Pascal in particular for all their hard work.
